New Agreements Healthcare Workshops & Advanced Training
Workshops –
New Agreements Healthcare (NAH) offers two interactive workshops to introduce and begin training care providers in NAH.
- The first is The Basics of New Agreements Healthcare, a one-day interactive introduction to NAH principles and tools. This workshop is highly recommended for both frontline staff, leaders and decision makers want to learn enough about NAH to determine if NAH is a right next step for their hospital or healthcare organization.
- The second is a two-day workshop, New Agreements Healthcare Systems-Improvement Tools and Facilitation. This workshop creates an in depth, hands-on experience of NAH principles and tools. This workshop is highly recommended for anyone who may be actively involved on a NAH systems-improvement team and leaders who will be supporting the NAH work.
Both cost effective workshops can be done onsite or locally in your area.
Advanced Training -
Advanced NAH Facilitator Training is conducted as part of an NAH implementation for selected internal care providers who will teach NAH after we move on. People are chosen for this more Advanced Training based upon them distinguishing themselves as Champions of the work during the first six months of the NAH implementation. Following the Advanced Training, Champions are taken “under the wing” of NAH personnel and given increasing responsibilities in facilitating teams and managing improvement projects with frontline staff.
